Customer Facilities definition

Customer Facilities means any and all equipment, elements, and facilities of any kind whatsoever owned by a customer that are relevant to a connection;
Customer Facilities has the meaning set out in clause 6.2;
Customer Facilities means Credentials, and any other account, hardware, platform, system or facility within Customer’s custody or control.

Examples of Customer Facilities in a sentence

  • Customer Facilities that are regulated by the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission shall be exempt from sections 4.7.2, 4.7.2.1, and 4.7.2.2 of this agreement.

  • July 1, 2011 – Company Customer Facilities Engineer (CFE) conducts final operational interconnection inspection to ensure operational readiness and compliance for energization.

  • Customer will ensure that all Customer Facilities are compatible with VoIP.

More Definitions of Customer Facilities

Customer Facilities has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(a).
Customer Facilities means the communication line, modem connection or other facilities, software, hardware or equipment used by Customer for the transmission and/or receipt of any information sent electronically or by telephone in connection with the Services.
Customer Facilities means all natural gas service facilities (including, but not limited to, valves, pressure regulators and odorization equipment) located downstream of the Primary Delivery Point(s) set forth in Table A-1 of Exhibit A.
Customer Facilities means all Data, premises, equipment, telecommunications, computer and other facilities owned or controlled by the Customer. “Customer Representativeany person named as such in an Estimate and appointed by the Customer with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Creative Limited’s approval to act as the Customer’s representative for the purpose of this Agreement. “Data” any data, information or other materials supplied to Gosling Creative Limited by the Customer in respect of which Gosling Creative Limited will supply Services.
Customer Facilities means all such equipment and communications lines, including any public data networks or Customer Equipment required by Customer to access the Network (other than Tail Circuits, Equipment and Software which Scitor ITS supplies to Customer pursuant to Clause 5.2) magnetic media, programs, software and other facilities, including the provision of personnel, required by Customer for its use of the Service;
Customer Facilities means the Customer's production facility served by Bonneville under its Power Sales Contract as of the Effective Date of this Agreement.
Customer Facilities means the equipment or facilities provided and maintained by the Customer primarily to form the Connection Point as set out in Schedule 3. Customer Site has the meaning given in Schedule 3. Defaulting Party has the meaning given in the definition of Financial Default.
