Provision of Personnel. The Adviser shall make available its officers and employees to the Board of Directors and officers of the Company for consultation and discussions regarding the administration and management of the Company and its investment activities.
Provision of Personnel. The Advisor shall make available its officers and employees to the Board of Trustees and officers of the Trust for consultation and discussions regarding the administration and management of the Trust and its investment activities.

The Adviser shall, at its own expense, maintain such staff and employ or retain such personnel and consult with such other persons as it shall, from time to time, determine to be necessary or useful to the performance of its obligations under this Agreement. Provision of Personnel. The Engineer agrees, throughout the term of the Contract, to provide personnel for the performance of all required services for the Project, as directed by the Commissioner. The Engineer specifically agrees that its employees, agents and consultants shall possess the experience, knowledge and character necessary to qualify them individually for the particular duties they perform.

The BCSO shall furnish personnel, equipment, materials, supplies and such resources and material in accordance with this Agreement and as necessary to provide the level of law enforcement service herein described.
