P&T committee means a committee of the hospital composed of physicians, pharmacists, and other health professionals that evaluates the clinical use of drugs within the hospital, develops policies for managing drug use and administration in the hospital, and manages the hospital drug formulary system. “Physician” means a person who is currently licensed in Iowa to practice medicine and surgery, osteopathic medicine and surgery, or osteopathy. A physician who executes a written protocol with an authorized pharmacist shall supervise the pharmacist’s activities involved in the overall management of patients receiving medications or disease management services under the protocol. Oversight Committee means the committee established to monitor the overall implementation of the Canada-Ontario-AMO-Toronto Agreement.
CSR Committee means the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board referred to in section 135 of the Act.
Coordinating Committee means the committee designated and elected as provided in section 16d in connection with a township consolidation.
Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.
Joint Committee means the Joint Committee established by Article 164(1) of the withdrawal agreement;
Hearing Committee means the committee appointed pursuant to this Plan to hear a request for an evidentiary hearing that has been properly filed and pursued by a practitioner.
Audit Committee means the audit committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.
Project Committee means a Committee comprising the Minister, the Lord Mayor or Deputy Lord Mayor of the City and the Chairman or Acting Chairman of the Metropolitan Region Planning Authority constituted under and for the purposes of this Agreement;
Conflicts Committee is defined in the Partnership Agreement.
Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.
Independent Board Committee means the independent board committee of the Company
Board Committee means those individual Directors who have been appointed by the Board of Directors with the powers and responsibilities specified in Article V and to which has been delegated any fiduciary responsibilities of the Board of Directors with respect to the Plan.
Steering Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.
Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.
Committee means the Compensation Committee of the Board.
Management Committee means in the case of a Competition which is an unincorporated association, the management committee elected to manage the running of the Competition and where the Competition is incorporated it means the Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the articles of association of that company.
Coordination Committee means the jointly constituted PJM and NYISO committee established to administer the terms and provisions of this Agreement pursuant to Section 35.3.2.
Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.
Managing Committee means the individual or the body of individuals entrusted or charged with the management and administration of a private educational institution and where a society, trust, or an association manages more than one such institution, includes the managing committee of each such institution;
Search Committee means the Search Committee set up by the Senate under section 15 (2);
Negotiating Committee means a three-member group comprised by representatives of the following: (1) the State; and (2) two representatives of Local Governments of which one representative will be from a Municipality and one shall be from a County (collectively, “Members”) within the State. The State shall be represented by the Attorney General or her designee.
Sub-Committee means a committee of a committee created by the Board.
Independent Committee means a committee of the board of directors of the General Partner made up of directors that are “independent” of Brookfield and its Affiliates, as contemplated by applicable securities Laws;
Standing Committee means a permanent committee with a regular meeting schedule and designated subject matter jurisdiction that is authorized by the Rules of the Senate or the Rules of the House of Representatives.
OPSI Advisory Committee means the committee established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.G.
