Collaboration Product definition

Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

Collaboration Product means (a) a Lead Product that is designated as a “Collaboration Product” pursuant to Section 3.2, or (b) a Compound that is designated as a “Collaboration Product” pursuant to Section 6.1(a).

Collaboration Product means any product that contains one or more Discovered RNAi Compound(s) as active ingredient(s).

Examples of Collaboration Product in a sentence

• Promptly following Xxxxx’s determination that it has achieved a particular Research Milestone or Development Milestone with respect to a Collaboration Product of either Cell Type, Notch shall provide the JDC with a data package that includes the data and information required under the Research Plan and reasonably necessary for the JDC to determine whether the Success Criteria for such milestone has been achieved.

• The Exploiting Party shall own and Control any and all trademarks developed during the Term for the purposes of Commercialization of the First Product or other Collaboration Product, (the “Commercialization Trademarks”), for which the Exploiting Party exercised an Option in the Territory.

• The Sponsor shall not modify any a protocol of a given Clinical Trial set forth in an R&D Plan without the approval of the JSC, provided that such approval shall not be withheld to the extent such modification is required by any competent Regulatory Authority with jurisdiction or authority over such Clinical Trial or the GMP manufacturing facility of a Collaboration Product.

• Orano Med represents and warrants that as of the Effective Date and to its actual knowledge the practice of the Orano Med Background Technology to the extent required for the Exploitation of the Collaboration Product does not infringe any issued Patent Rights of any Third Party or, if and when issued, any claim within any patent application of any Third Party.

More Definitions of Collaboration Product

Collaboration Product means any Antibody Product that contains a Collaboration Antibody.

Collaboration Product shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the Collaboration Agreement.

Collaboration Product means, on a Program-by-Program basis, any product that constitutes, incorporates, comprises or contains a Collaboration Candidate from such Program, whether or not as the sole active ingredient, and in all forms, presentations, and formulations (including manner of delivery and dosage). For clarity, different forms, formulations, presentations or dosage strengths of a given Collaboration Product that constitute, incorporate, comprise or contain the same Collaboration Candidate shall be considered the same Collaboration Product for purposes of this Agreement.

Collaboration Product means any Split Territory Collaboration Product or SMA Collaboration Product; provided, however, that once an Option is exercised for a Collaboration Program, any Collaboration Product generated by or that is the subject of such Collaboration Program shall become a Licensed Product and shall no longer be a Collaboration Product.

Collaboration Product means an HSC Product, CART Product, and/or In Vivo Product.
