Collaboration Program means the collaborative Development, manufacturing, Regulatory Approval and Commercialization activities undertaken pursuant to any Joint Development Plan or Commercialization Plan.

• During the Research Term with respect to each Collaboration Program, Generate (through its Affiliates or Subcontractors) will use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to conduct activities assigned to it under such Collaboration Program in accordance with a separate research plan (each, a “Research Plan”), focused on Researching Collaboration Proteins directed against or mimicking the function of the applicable Collaboration Target.

• Generate, directly or through its Affiliates or Subcontractors, will use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to perform the Research Activities in accordance with the applicable Research Plan for such Collaboration Program, in a professional and timely manner and in accordance with this Agreement and all Applicable Laws and using personnel appropriately skilled and experienced to conduct such Research Activities.

Collaboration Program means the HD Collaboration Program, PD Collaboration Program, SMA Collaboration Program, FA Collaboration Program and Future Collaboration Program; provided, however, once an Option is exercised for a program, such program shall be a Licensed Program and shall no longer be a Collaboration Program.
