Diagnostic Product definition

Diagnostic Product means an assemblage of reagents, including but not limited to reagents packaged in the form of a kit, useful in performing a Licensed Service.
Diagnostic Product means any biomarker or diagnostic assay or test that is designed for use with, or that relates to, is associated with or is correlated with patient populations that do or do not respond to treatment with, a particular Therapeutic Product or Veterinary Product, as applicable.
Diagnostic Product means In Vitro Diagnostics, In Vivo Diagnostic Agents and any product used for Diagnosis. For purposes of clarity, the term Diagnostic Product shall not include a product used for the delay of the onset or progression of, or the treatment or prevention of, an Indication.

More Definitions of Diagnostic Product

Diagnostic Product means any test or assay for diagnosing or detecting a disease, disorder, medical condition, or symptom.
Diagnostic Product means, on a Licensed Product-by-Licensed Product basis, any diagnostic product (which may include a Licensed Antibody or Licensed Product being used as a diagnostic product) which is necessary or reasonably useful (a) for the [***] in a patient or Patient Sample, and/or (b) to [***] in a patient or Patient Sample, and/or (c) to [***] to achieve improved safety or effectiveness, in each case of (a), (b) and (c), which is intended for use or is Developed or approved for use in connection with a therapeutic Licensed Antibody or Licensed Product (which may include [***]).
Diagnostic Product means any product, process or device that is designed or utilized for diagnosis of a disease or condition in humans or vertebrate animals. “Preventative Medicine Product” means any product, process or device that is designed or utilized to prevent the occurrence of any disease state in humans or vertebrate animals. “Therapeutic Product” means any product, process or device which is designed or utilized for treatment or mitigation of an existing disease state in humans or vertebrate animals.
Diagnostic Product means any product or service or combination thereof used for the diagnosis, prognosis and/or monitoring of progression of any disease or disorder in humans and other animals which is developed utilizing, or is comprised of, any Gene Target or which incorporates any Gene Target DNA or RNA sequence, other than a Protein Product.
Diagnostic Product means a product that facilitates identification of patients having a particular disease or having a predisposition to a particular disease, and/or monitors the prognosis or progression of a disease in a patient, by the detection of either (i) sequence differences in different alleles of a Mammalian Target, or (ii) the presence or absence of a certain Mammalian Target, or (iii) the presence or absence of the protein product of a certain Mammalian Target.
Diagnostic Product means any product, method or technologies in the form of a device, compound, kit or service that contains a Tau Active Antibody for use in the Diagnostic Field.
