Collaboration Lead Compound definition

Collaboration Lead Compound means any Collaboration Compound selected by Warner for further development as provided in Section 5.1.
Collaboration Lead Compound shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(a).
Collaboration Lead Compound means a Collaboration Compound that is selected by BMS for Pre-Clinical Development. Except where the context clearly indicates otherwise, references to Collaboration Compounds shall cover Collaboration Lead Compounds as well.

  • The Parties, under the direction of the RMC shall conduct Pre-Clinical Development with respect to any designated Collaboration Lead Compound.

  • From time to time, Onyx may request Warner in writing to undertake specific research and development regarding a Collaboration Compound or to declare a Collaboration Compound to be a Collaboration Lead Compound.

  • Warner will provide Onyx quarterly, written updates regarding the status of each Collaboration Lead Compound.

  • All such survey work including construction staking shall be done under the supervision of a California licensed Land Surveyor or authorized Civil Engineer.

  • Such licenses with respect to a Collaboration Lead Compound are co-exclusive between Onyx and Warner.

Collaboration Lead Compound means a Collaboration Compound or Background Technology compound that, during the term of the Research Program or any extension thereof, has met criteria established by the JRC of safety and efficacy for advancement into Pre-Clinical Development and which is selected by Xxxxxx-Xxxxxxx as a Collaboration Lead Compound according to Section 4.1.
Collaboration Lead Compound means a Collaboration Compound or Background Technology compound, other than Ligand Background Technology compounds that are "Existing Compounds," and whose commercial use is restricted, *** that has met criteria established by the JRC of safety and efficacy for advancement into Pre-Clinical Development during the Research Term or any extension thereof and which is selected by Organon as a Collaboration Lead Compound according to Section 4.1. Attached hereto as Exhibit D is a complete list of the Ligand Background Technology compounds whose commercial use is restricted ***.

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).

  • Lead Compound means any compound of lead other than galena which, when treated in the manner described below, yields to an aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid a quantity soluble lead compound exceeding, when calculated as lead monoxide, five percent of the dry weight of the portion taken analysis.

  • Collaboration Target means the Initial Collaboration Targets set forth on Exhibit F and any Additional Target or Substitute Target that is selected in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Agreement.

  • Collaborative matter means a dispute, transaction, claim, problem, or issue for resolution, including a dispute, claim, or issue in a proceeding, that is described in a collaborative law participation agreement and arises under the family or domestic relations law of this state, including any of the following:

  • Clinical Trials means a controlled study in humans of the safety or efficacy of a Product, and includes, without limitation, such clinical trials as are designed to support expanded labeling or to satisfy the requirements of an Agency in connection with any Product Approval and any other human study used in research and Development of a Product.

  • Joint Commercialization Committee or “JCC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4 (Joint Commercialization Committee).

  • Development Activities means any activity, including the discharge of dredged or fill material, which results directly in a more than de minimus change in the hydrologic regime, bottom contour, or the type, distribution or diversity of hydrophytic vegetation, or which impairs the flow, reach, or circulation of surface water within wetlands or other waters;

  • Phase I Clinical Study means a human clinical study of a product, the principal purpose of which is a preliminary determination of safety in healthy individuals or patients, as described in 21 C.F.R. 312.21(a).
