Co-Lead Arranger definition

Co-Lead Arranger shall have the meaning provided in the first paragraph of this Agreement, and shall include any successor thereto.
Co-Lead Arranger means, (a) X.X. Xxxxxx, (b) so long as Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association is a Lender, Xxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC, (c) so long as Bank of Montreal is a Lender, BMO Capital Markets Corp and (d) so long as Bank of America, N.A. is a Lender, Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated.
Co-Lead Arranger shall have the meaning given to that term in clause (5) of the introductory paragraph hereof.
