Financing Statements. The meaning specified in Section 9-102(a)(39) of the UCC.
Financing Statements means all such Uniform Commercial Code financing statements as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably require, duly authorized by the Borrower and/or Parent to give notice of and to perfect or continue perfection of the Lenderssecurity interest in all Collateral.

More Definitions of Financing Statements

Financing Statements means any and all Uniform Commercial Code financing statements, in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent, executed and delivered by the Borrower to the Agent, naming the Agent, for the benefit of the Lenders, as secured party and the Borrower as debtor, in connection with this Agreement.
