Financing Statements. The meaning specified in Section 9-102(a)(39) of the UCC.

Financing Statements means any and all Uniform Commercial Code financing statements, in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent, executed and delivered by the Borrower to the Agent, naming the Agent, for the benefit of the Lenders, as secured party and the Borrower as debtor, in connection with this Agreement.
Financing Statements means UCC financing statements describing Bank as secured party and Borrower as debtor covering the Collateral and otherwise in such form, for filing in such jurisdictions and with such filing offices, as Bank shall reasonably deem necessary or advisable.
