Responsible Officer of the Borrower definition

Responsible Officer of the Borrower means the manager, or any senior or other responsible officer, of the Borrower.
Responsible Officer of the Borrower means the chairman and vice chairman of the board of directors, the chairman of the executive committee of the board of directors, the president, any executive vice president, any senior vice president, any senior director or any vice president of BankAmerica International.
