Collateral Assignment of Leases means the Collateral Assignment of Leases executed in connection with the Credit Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit G hereto, made by the Borrower and the Subsidiary Guarantors in favor of the Collateral Agent relating to the Principal Leases, as such agreement may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
