Collateral Documents definition

Collateral Documents means, collectively, the Security Agreement, the Intellectual Property Security Agreements, the Mortgages, each of the mortgages, collateral assignments, Security Joinder Agreements, security agreements, pledge agreements or other similar agreements delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 6.12, and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
Collateral Documents means, collectively, the Escrow Agreement, the Security Agreements, the Mortgages, each of the mortgages, collateral assignments, Security Agreement Supplements, security agreements, pledge agreements or other similar agreements delivered to the Collateral Agent and the Lenders pursuant to Section 4.01(a)(iii), Section 6.10 or Section 6.12, the Guaranty and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that creates or purports to create a Lien or Guarantee in favor of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

Examples of Collateral Documents in a sentence

  • Without limiting the foregoing, the parties to this Agreement hereby acknowledge and agree that the “Credit Agreement” and the “Notes” referred to in the Company Security Agreement and any of the other Collateral Documents shall from and after the date hereof be deemed a reference to this Agreement and the Notes (if any) issued hereunder.

  • The Borrower heretofore executed and delivered to the Collateral Agent the Company Security Agreement and certain other Collateral Documents.

  • Nothing contained herein shall be deemed or construed to permit any act or omission which is prohibited by the terms of any Collateral Document, the covenants and agreements contained herein being in addition to and not in substitution for the covenants and agreements contained in the Collateral Documents.

More Definitions of Collateral Documents

Collateral Documents means, collectively, (a) the Security Agreements, the Mortgages, the Pledge Agreements and all other security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, patent and trademark assignments, lease assignments, guarantees and other similar agreements between any Borrower or Guarantor and the Lenders, the Administrative Agent or the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Lenders now or hereafter delivered to the Lenders, the Administrative Agent or the Collateral Agent pursuant to or in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, and all financing statements (or comparable documents now or hereafter fixed in accordance with the UCC or comparable law) against any Borrower or Guarantor as debtor in favor of the Lenders, the Administrative Agent or the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Lenders as secured party, and (b) any amendments, supplements, modifications, renewals, replacements, consolidations, substitutions and extensions of any of the foregoing.
Collateral Documents means, collectively, the Security Agreement, the Intellectual Property Security Agreements, each of the Mortgages, collateral assignments, security agreements, pledge agreements, intellectual property security agreements or other similar agreements delivered to the Administrative Agent or the Collateral Agent pursuant to Section 4.01, Section 6.11, Section 6.13 or Section 6.16 and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent or the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
Collateral Documents means a collective reference to the Security Agreement, the Pledge Agreement, the Mortgages and other security documents as may be executed and delivered by the Loan Parties pursuant to the terms of Section 7.14.
Collateral Documents means, collectively, the Security Agreement, each of the collateral assignments, security agreement supplements, security agreements, pledge agreements or other similar agreements delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 6.10, and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents, and all amendments, restatements, modifications or supplements thereof or thereto, by or between any one or more of any Loan Party that, now or hereafter, creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties, and all financing statements (or comparable documents now or hereafter filed in accordance with the UCC or comparable law) against any such Person as debtor in favor of any the Administrative Agent or a Bank for the benefit of the Administrative Agent, the Banks and the other Secured Parties, as secured party, as any of the foregoing may be amended, restated and/or modified from time to time.
