Collateral Documents definition

Collateral Documents means, collectively, the Security Agreement, the Intellectual Property Security Agreements, the Mortgages (if any), each of the collateral assignments, security agreements, pledge agreements or other similar agreements delivered to the Administrative Agent, Collateral Agent or the Lenders pursuant to Sections 4.01(1)(c), 6.11 or 6.13 and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
Collateral Documents means the Pledge and Security Agreement, the Mortgages, the Blocked Account Agreements, the Intercreditor Agreement and all other instruments, documents and agreements delivered by any Credit Party pursuant to this Agreement or any of the other Credit Documents in order to grant to Collateral Agent, for the benefit of Lenders, a Lien on any real, personal or mixed property of that Credit Party as security for the Obligations (or to perfect any Liens so granted).
Collateral Documents means a collective reference to the Security Agreement, the Pledge Agreement, the Mortgages and other security documents as may be executed and delivered by the Loan Parties pursuant to the terms of Section 7.14.

Examples of Collateral Documents in a sentence

  • Each Lender authorizes the Administrative Agent to enter into each of the Collateral Documents to which it is a party and to take all action contemplated by such documents.

  • Except for filings completed prior to the Closing Date and as contemplated hereby and by the Collateral Documents, no filing or other action will be necessary to perfect or protect such Liens.

  • The Guarantors acknowledge and agree that their obligations hereunder are secured in accordance with the terms of the Collateral Documents and that the Lenders may exercise their remedies thereunder in accordance with the terms thereof.

Collateral Documents means, collectively, the Security Agreement, the Intellectual Property Security Agreement, the Mortgages and any other agreement that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
Collateral Documents means the Pledge and Security Agreement, the Mortgages and any other document executed and delivered by a Loan Party granting a Lien on any of its property to secure payment of the Obligations.
Collateral Documents means, collectively, the Security Agreement, the Mortgages, any additional pledges, security agreements, patent, trademark or copyright filings or mortgages or deeds of trust required to be delivered by a Loan Party pursuant to the Loan Documents and any instruments of assignment or other similar instruments or agreements executed pursuant to the foregoing.
