Collateral Documents definition

Collateral Documents means, collectively, the Security Agreement, the Intellectual Property Security Agreements, the Mortgages (if any), each of the collateral assignments, security agreements, pledge agreements or other similar agreements delivered to the Administrative Agent, Collateral Agent or the Lenders pursuant to Sections 4.01(1)(c), 6.11 or 6.13 and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
Collateral Documents means a collective reference to the Security Agreement, the Pledge Agreement, the Mortgages and other security documents as may be executed and delivered by the Loan Parties pursuant to the terms of Section 7.14.
Collateral Documents means the Pledge and Security Agreement, the Mortgages, the Blocked Account Agreements, the Intercreditor Agreement and all other instruments, documents and agreements delivered by any Credit Party pursuant to this Agreement or any of the other Credit Documents in order to grant to Collateral Agent, for the benefit of Lenders, a Lien on any real, personal or mixed property of that Credit Party as security for the Obligations (or to perfect any Liens so granted).

Examples of Collateral Documents in a sentence

  • Except with respect to Excluded Property, each Loan Party shall cause the Pledged Equity, and all of its tangible and intangible personal property now owned or hereafter acquired by it, to be subject at all times to a first priority, perfected Lien (subject to Permitted Liens to the extent permitted by the Loan Documents) in favor of the Lender for the benefit of the Secured Parties to secure the Obligations pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Collateral Documents.

  • Except for filings completed prior to the Closing Date and as contemplated hereby and by the Collateral Documents, no filing or other action will be necessary to perfect or protect such Liens.

  • The Lender shall have received copies of insurance policies, declaration pages, certificates, and endorsements of insurance or insurance binders evidencing insurance meeting the requirements set forth herein or in the Collateral Documents or as required by the Lender.

  • The Issuer acknowledges and agrees that the Trustee and Collateral Agent (i) shall each be entitled to all of the rights, privileges, benefits, protections, indemnities, limitations of liability, and immunities of the Trustee set forth in the Indenture, which are hereby deemed incorporated by reference; and (ii) each has acted consistently with its standard of care under the Indenture and/or Collateral Documents.

Collateral Documents means, collectively, the Security Agreement, the Mortgages and each of the mortgages, collateral assignments, security agreements, pledge agreements or other similar agreements delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 6.12, and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties as security for the Obligations.
Collateral Documents means, collectively, the Security Agreement, each Security Joinder Agreement and any other agreement, instrument or document that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
Collateral Documents means the Security Agreement, and all other mortgages, deeds of trust, security agreements, pledge agreements, assignments, financing statements and other documents as shall from time to time secure or relate to the Obligations, and the Funds Transfer and Deposit Account Liability or any part thereof.

Collateral Documents means, collectively, the Collateral Agreements, the Control Agreements, the Credit Card Notifications, the Mortgages and each other pledge, deed of hypothec, security agreement or other instrument or document granting a Lien upon the Collateral as security for the Obligations (as required by this Agreement or any other Loan Document).
