Collateral Documents definition

Collateral Documents means, collectively, the Security Agreement, the Intellectual Property Security Agreements, the Mortgages (if any), each of the collateral assignments, security agreements, pledge agreements or other similar agreements delivered to the Administrative Agent, Collateral Agent or the Lenders pursuant to Sections 4.01(1)(c), 6.11 or 6.13 and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
Collateral Documents means the security agreements, financing statements, assignments, and other documents and instruments from time to time executed and delivered pursuant to this Credit Agreement to grant, perfect or continue a security interest in the Collateral for the Obligations and any documents or instruments amending or supplementing the same, including, without limitation, the Security Agreement, the Collateral Account Assignment, and the Deposit Account Control Agreement.
Collateral Documents means a collective reference to the Security Agreement, the Pledge Agreement, the Mortgages and other security documents as may be executed and delivered by the Loan Parties pursuant to the terms of Section 7.14.

Examples of Collateral Documents in a sentence

  • Each of the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent may execute any of its duties under this Agreement or any other Loan Document (including for purposes of holding or enforcing any Lien on the Collateral (or any portion thereof) granted under the Collateral Documents or of exercising any rights and remedies thereunder) by or through agents, employees or attorneys-in-fact and shall be entitled to advice of counsel and other consultants or experts concerning all matters pertaining to such duties.

More Definitions of Collateral Documents

Collateral Documents means, collectively the U.S. Guarantee and Security Agreement, each Foreign Guarantee and Security Agreement, each Mortgage, each security agreement, pledge agreement or other similar agreement delivered to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders pursuant to Section 5.09 and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents executed by any Loan Party that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
Collateral Documents means, collectively, the Security Agreement, each Security Joinder Agreement and any other agreement, instrument or document that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
Collateral Documents means the Security Agreement, and all other security agreements, pledge agreements, assignments, financing statements, control agreements, and other documents as shall from time to time secure or relate to the Secured Obligations or any part thereof.
