Joint Bookrunner means ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Securities, LLC, Barclays Bank PLC, Citibank, N.A. and SunTrust ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Inc., as joint bookrunners.
Joint Bookrunner means ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Lynch, Pierce, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇ Incorporated, ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Securities LLC and RBC Capital Markets(3), each in its respective capacity as a bookrunner under this Agreement, and “Joint Bookrunners” means all of them, collectively.
