Joint Bookrunner definition

Joint Bookrunner means Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated, X.X. Xxxxxx Securities LLC and RBC Capital Markets(3), each in its respective capacity as a bookrunner under this Agreement, and “Joint Bookrunners” means all of them, collectively.
Joint Bookrunner means each of Xxxxxxx Sachs Credit Partners L.P., Banc of America Securities LLC, Bear, Xxxxxxx & Co., Inc., Xxxxxx Brothers Inc. and Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated.
Joint Bookrunner means Xxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC, Barclays Bank PLC, Citibank, N.A. and SunTrust Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Inc., as joint bookrunners.
