Building Parking Area definition

Building Parking Area means the paved area of the Land adjacent to the Building intended for parking of vehicles, as shown on the sketch of the Premises attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Building Parking Area means the parking areas serving the building located at 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, XX 00000.
Building Parking Area shall be deemed to mean and refer to the parking area on the Real Property designated for tenants of the Building. Use of the Building Parking Area shall be subject to the Rules and Regulations now or hereafter adopted by Landlord. Tenant shall not use nor permit any of its officers, agents or employees to use any parking spaces in excess of Tenant’s allotted number of spaces therein, provided that, subject to availability, Landlord will reasonably cooperate with Tenant should Tenant require the use of spaces in the Building Parking Area in excess of those allotted.

  • The Base Rental provided for herein includes a stipulated allowance in the amount of the 1998 actual costs per square foot of rentable area for repairing, maintaining and operating the Building, Parking Area and other land area surrounding the Building (the Building, the Parking Area and other land area herein collectively termed the "Property") during the first calendar year of the Lease Term.

  • The Base Rental provided for herein includes a stipulated allowance in the amount of THE 1996 ACTUAL COSTS per square foot of rentable area for repairing, maintaining and operating the Building, Parking Area and other land area surrounding the Building (the Building, the Parking Area and other land area herein collectively termed the "Property") during the first calendar year of the Lease Term.

  • Tenant is allocated and shall have the guaranteed right to use a number of parking stalls in the Building Parking Area determined based on a ratio of 1 stall per each 110 square meters of lettable space then-leased by Tenant hereunder for its use and the use of Tenant’s Agents, customers and invitees throughout the Sublease Term, Option Terms and any other extension term of this lease.

  • Except for particular spaces and areas designated by Landlord for reserved parking, all parking in the Building Parking Area shall be on an unreserved, first-come, first-served basis.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant shall be responsible for the full amount of any taxes imposed by any governmental authority in connection with the renting of such parking spaces by Tenant or the use of the 6350 Building Parking Area by Tenant.

  • Landlord shall not be liable for any latent or patent defects in the Building, Parking Area or Premises.

  • Tenant shall observe all reasonable rules and regulations promulgated by Landlord from time to time concerning the use of the Under Building Parking Area and shall supply such additional information relating to persons authorized to use the Under Building Parking Area as may be reasonable requested by Landlord from time to time, including automobile license numbers.

  • Tenant's parking spaces shall be known and referred to in this Lease as the "Building Parking Area" (excluding any Expansion Space as may be hereinafter included pursuant to Exhibit R), and shall be shown as such on the Landlord's Plans.

  • Landlord may designate, subject to change from time to time, certain areas within the Under Building Parking Area within which each car may be parked, and Tenant shall observe such designations.

Related to Building Parking Area

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Angus Council) Designation Order 2017; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and

  • Parking Areas means those areas located upon the Property designated by Landlord, from time to time, to be parking areas.

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Industrial Center and interior utility raceways within the Premises that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other lessees of the Industrial Center and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, sidewalks, walkways, parkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Building site means a plot of land held for building purposes, whether any building is actually erected thereupon or not, and includes the open ground or courtyard enclosed by, or adjacent to, any building erected thereupon;

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • Parking No unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("Unreserved Parking Spaces"); and no reserved vehicle parking spaces ("Reserved Parking Spaces"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)

  • parking meter means an apparatus for use on or in the vicinity of a parking place for indicating, as respects a space provided at that parking place for the leaving of vehicles, whether the initial charge has been paid and whether the period for which payment was made by the initial charge has expired;

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.

  • Rentable Area of the Premises The amount of square footage set forth in Section 1.01(10).

  • Lease Area means the Lease Area as more particularly described in SCHEDULE C.

  • Building Drain means that part of the lowest horizontal piping of a drainage system which receives the discharge from soil, waste, and other drainage pipes inside the walls of the building and conveys it to the building sewer, beginning five (5) feet (1.5 meters) outside the inner face of the building wall.
