Brookfield Fund means any private investment entity, managed account, joint venture, consortium, partnership or investment fund established, sponsored or managed by a member of the Brookfield Group;
Brookfield Fund has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.2.2;

  • Sponsor Group means the Sponsors and the Sponsor Related Parties.

  • Venture capital fund means a private fund that meets the definition of a venture capital fund in SEC Rule 203(l)-1, 17 C.F.R. § 275.203(l)-1.
