The Adviser may, in its discretion, allocate the assets from such portfolio and the associated purchase price between the Company and such Fortress Affiliate, and no approval of the Board of Trustees will be required for such transaction.
No compensation (other than as specified in the Expense Sharing Agreement and payable by Fortress to the Dealer Manager) will be paid other than any Servicing Fees (as defined below) that become earned, due, and payable by the Company in accordance with Section 5.
