Managed Fund definition

Managed Fund means those Funds, individually and collectively, for which the Portfolio Manager makes buy and sell decisions.
Managed Fund means any Reportable Fund for which the Firm serves as an Investment Adviser or Sub-Adviser.

  • Each Firm Managed Fund reserves the right to reject any purchase request (including purchases by exchange) by any investor or group of investors for any reason without prior notice, including, in particular, if the fund reasonably believes that the trading activity would be disruptive to the fund.
