Sub-Fund definition

Sub-Fund means a segregated pool of assets and liabilities into which the Trust Fund is divided, established under the Trust Deed and the relevant supplemental deed as a separate trust as described in the relevant Appendix.
Sub-Fund means a collective investment sub-scheme of a specified investment class and/or investment policy set up within the overall Pension Fund. The Trust Property shall be accounted for and segregated with respect to each Sub-Fund;
Sub-Fund means a sub-fund of the SICAV.

Examples of Sub-Fund in a sentence

  • The assets and liabilities of each Sub-Fund will be valued in accordance with the valuation policy of the Management Company consistent with the provisions outlined below.

  • The Management Company may under particular circumstances, e.g. in connection with a restructuring involving another Sub-Fund of the UCITS or other funds or sub-funds managed by the Management Company or a company part of the same group as the Management Company, shorten Redemption Deadlines in relation to a specific Redemption Day and Sub-Fund, provided always that the interest of the non-redeeming Unitholders shall not be adversely affected thereby.

  • There is no guarantee that the investment objective of the Sub-Fund will be achieved, and investment results may vary substantially over time.

  • If a Class is issued in a currency different from the base currency of that Sub-Fund (as set out in Annex A), the Management Company may enter into currency hedging transactions to hedge against exchange rate fluctuations between such Class and the Sub-Fund.

  • The Management Company may, subject to the approval of the FMA, resolve to merge a Sub-Fund with another Sub-Fund of this UCITS or of another Undertaking for Collective Investments of Transferable Securities, independent of its legal form and irrespective of whether or not such other UCITS has its registered office in Liechtenstein.


More Definitions of Sub-Fund

Sub-Fund means any sub-fund from time to time established pursuant to Section 9 and which may comprise one or more classes of Shares in the Fund.
Sub-Fund means a Sub-Fund of the Company representing the designation by the Directors of a particular class of Shares as a Sub-Fund, the proceeds of which are pooled separately and invested in accordance with the investment objective and policies applicable to such Sub-Fund, and which is established from time to time with the prior approval of the Central Bank.
