Sponsor Group definition

Sponsor Group means the Sponsors and the Sponsor Related Parties.

Sponsor Group means Kohlberg Kravis Xxxxxxx & Co. L.P., TPG Capital L.P., and Xxxxxxx, Sachs & Co.

Sponsor Group shall have the meaning set forth in the second recital.

Sponsor Group means OCM Njord Holdings S.à r.l. and its Affiliates, excluding TORM or any other Successor Corporation and their respective subsidiaries.
