BAM Group definition

BAM Group means BAM and any affiliates of BAM, other than any member of the BEP Group.
BAM Group means BAM and any Affiliates of BAM, other than any member of the BIP Group;
BAM Group means Baring Asset Management Limited and any of its subsidiaries and Baring Asset Management Holdings Inc. and its subsidiaries.
