Pooled Fund definition

Pooled Fund means any pooled fund established and maintained by the Partners as a pooled fund in accordance with the Regulations Pooled Fund Manager means such officer of the Host Partner which includes a Section 113 Officer for the relevant Pooled Fund established under an Individual Scheme as is nominated by the Host Partner from time to time to manage the Pooled Fund in accordance with Clause 8.2. Provider means a provider of any Services commissioned under the arrangements set out in this Agreement.

More Definitions of Pooled Fund

Pooled Fund means the fund established by the Partners, and, within the parameters of this Agreement, administered by the Host Authority on behalf of the Partners, under which payments shall be made by the Partners and the Host Authority in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement
Pooled Fund means an account or fund for the collective investment of the assets of two or more unrelated plans, including (but not limited to) a pooled separate account maintained by an insurance company and a common or collective trust fund maintained by a bank or similar financial institution.
Pooled Fund means the joint fund(s) of monies administered by the Host Authority under the direction of the Management Board being the shared contributions from the Authorities for the purpose of delivering the Integrated Service as set out in clause 9;
Pooled Fund means any pooled fund established and maintained by the Partners as a pooled fund in accordance with the Regulations Pooled Fund Manager means such officer of the Host Partner, being a member of a specified accountancy body in accordance with section 113 of the Local Government Finance Act 1988 for the relevant Pooled Fund established under an Individual Scheme as is nominated by the Host Partner from time to time to manage the Pooled Fund. Pooled Fund means any pooled fund established and maintained by the Parties as a pooled fund in accordance with the Regulations. Pooled Fund Host means the Partner that will host and provide the financial administrative systems for the Pooled Fund and undertake to perform the duties for which they will be responsible, as set out in paragraph 7(4) and 7(5) of the Regulations Section 75 agreement (s75) – section 75 of the NHS Act 2006: the legislation that allows the establishment of pooled funds between NHS bodies and local authorities at a local level. Pooled Fund means the budget for the delivery of prescribed services that can be pooled within the Regulations. Aligned Fund means budgets for the delivery of prescribed services that the Regulations specify shall not be pooled, but which will be managed alongside the Pooled Fund and decisions taken by the Executive Leadership Team. Integrated Commissioning Fund means the total of the Pooled Fund and Aligned Fund. Integrated Commissioning means the strategy and delivery of integrated health and care services to deliver better outcomes for service users, whilst delivering value for money. Co-Collaboration Fund means those funds not at this stage included in the Integrated Commissioning Fund. This includes budgets for services that locally are agreed shall not be pooled, but which will be managed alongside the Pooled Fund and decisions taken by the appropriate statutory organisation.
Pooled Fund means any pooled fund established and maintained by the Partners as a pooled fund in accordance with the Regulations, and as set out in the relevant Scheme Specification. Pooled Fund Manager means such officer of the Host Partner for the Pooled Fund established under an Individual Scheme as is nominated from time to time to manage the Pooled Fund in accordance with Clause 8. Provider means a provider of any Services commissioned under the arrangements set out in this Agreement. Provider Contracts means those contracts entered into by a Partner in order to deliver the Individual Schemes Public Health England means the SOSH trading as Public Health England. Quarter means each of the following periods in a Financial Year: 1 April to 30 June 1 July to 30 September 1 October to 31 December 1 January to 31 March and "Quarterly" shall be interpreted accordingly. Regulations means the NHS Bodies and Local Authorities Partnership Arrangements Regulations 2000 No 617 (as amended).
