Board of Reference means a panel consisting of a person nominated by the Employer, a person nominated by the Association and an independent Chairperson nominated by the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission.

Immediate family or household member means the Employee’s partner, child, parent/guardian, grandchild, grandparent or sibling or the child, parent, grandchild, grandparent or sibling of the Employee’s partner. Local Super Superannuation Scheme means the superannuation scheme established and maintained under the Local Government Act, 1999 (SA).
