Independent Chairperson definition

Independent Chairperson means the independent chairperson of the Company as appointed in terms of Article 15;
Independent Chairperson means the person appointed as an Independent Chairperson in accordance with clauses 10 and 11 to preside over Board meetings, General Meetings and Annual General Meetings of the Company;
