Outside Staff Clause Samples

The Outside Staff clause defines the terms under which personnel who are not direct employees of a party—such as contractors, consultants, or temporary workers—may be engaged to perform work under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines requirements for approval, compliance with company policies, and responsibility for the actions of such staff while on assignment. Its core function is to ensure that the use of non-employee workers is properly managed and that risks related to their engagement, such as confidentiality breaches or liability issues, are addressed.
Outside Staff. The normal regular full-time work-day shall consist of eight (8) hours between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., including an unpaid lunch period from noon to 12:30 p.m.
Outside Staff. Refers to those employees who are generally engaged in non-office supervisory positions, skilled, semi-skilled or unskilled labouring occupations.
Outside Staff. Forty (40) hours shall constitute a work week, Monday to Friday daily eight (8) hours will be worked between 8:00 a. m. to 4:00 p.m. with a twenty (20) minute paid lunch.

OFFICE STAFF: Thirty-Five (35) hours shall constitute a work week, Monday to Friday, daily seven (7) hours will be worked between 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with one-half (1/2) hour off for lunch. Employee classifications of Distribution Design Technician/Analyst and Distribution Design Technologist work hours shall be 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., with one-half (1/2) unpaid for lunch on a year round basis. Employees working on the Company’s premises shall remain on the Company’s premises during their paid lunch period. Note: The hours of work may be subject to change only by mutual agreement in writing between the parties.
Outside Staff. Should an Employee (other than a Casual Employee) usually be rostered to work a statutory holiday and they are not required to attend work, they shall be entitled to be paid for their rostered hours at the Employee’s ordinary rate of pay. Where an Employee is required to attend work on a statutory holiday they shall be paid at their ordinary rate of pay for the hours worked. Employees in the first instance, shall not receive any extra payment, as the work shall be classed as additional hours and will be managed as detailed in clause 4.4 of this agreement
Outside Staff. Eight (8) hours shall constitute one (1) day. The said eight (8) hours shall be between 0730 and 1600 hours with one half (1/2) hour for an unpaid lunch Monday to Friday inclusive making a total work week of forty (40) hours.

Related to Outside Staff

  • Outside Services Consultant shall not use the service of any other person, entity, or organization in the performance of Consultant’s duties without the prior written consent of an officer of the Company. Should the Company consent to the use by Consultant of the services of any other person, entity, or organization, no information regarding the services to be performed under this Agreement shall be disclosed to that person, entity, or organization until such person, entity, or organization has executed an agreement to protect the confidentiality of the Company’s Confidential Information (as defined in Article 5) and the Company’s absolute and complete ownership of all right, title, and interest in the work performed under this Agreement.

  • Project Staff Contractor shall appoint to the Project Staff: (i) individuals with suitable training and skills to provide the Work, and (ii) sufficient staffing to adequately provide the Work. Contractor shall make commercially reasonable efforts consistent with sound business practices to honor the specific request of the JBE with regard to assignment of its employees. The JBE may require Contractor to remove any personnel from the Project Staff that interact with any personnel of the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors (including, without limitation, the Contractor Project Manager) upon providing to Contractor a reason (permitted by law) for such removal. Contractor may, with the JBE’s consent, continue to retain such member of the Project Staff in a role that does not interact with any personnel of the Judicial Branch Entities or

  • Contractor’s Staff 1. The Contractor shall maintain adequate staff to meet the Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement. 2. This staff shall be available to the State for training and meetings which the State may find necessary from time to time.

  • B5 Contractor’s Staff The Authority may, by written notice to the Contractor, refuse to admit onto, or withdraw permission to remain on, the Authority’s Premises:

  • Outside Work All work necessary to the assembling, installation, erection, operation, maintenance, repair, control, in- spection and supervision of all electrical apparatus, devices, wires, cables, supports, insulators, conduc- tors, ducts and raceways when part of distributing systems outside of buildings, railroads and outside the directly related railroad property and yards. In- stalling and maintaining the catenary and trolley work on railroad property, and bonding of rails. All underground ducts and cables when they are in- stalled by and are part of the system of a distrib- uting company, except in power stations during new construction, including ducts and cables to adjacent switch racks or substations. All outdoor substations and electrical connections up to and including the setting of transformers and the connecting of the secondary buses thereto. Outside work to include renewable electrical energy sources such as solar photovoltaic, geothermal, wind, biomass, wave, etc., and other distributed en- ergy installations such as fuel cells, microturbines, etc.
