Ballot Boxes. The Lodge shall be permitted, with the prior notification to the Chief of Police, to place ballot boxes at Police Headquarters and at a minimum of four (4) substations of the Lodge's choice for the purpose of collecting members' ballots on all Lodge issues subjected to ballot, except ballots regarding job actions. Such boxes shall be the property of the Lodge and neither the ballot boxes nor the ballots shall be subjected to the City's review.
Ballot Boxes. The Lodge agrees that the use of the boxes shall not interfere with the operations of the Department, nor shall the Department be responsible for the boxes or their contents.

Section 17.1 The Union shall be permitted, upon prior notification to the Fire Chief, to place ballot boxes at Department Headquarters for the purpose of collecting member’s ballots on all Union issues subject to ballot. Such boxes shall be the property of the Union and neither the ballot boxes nor their contents are subject to the Districts review. Responsibility for boxes rests with the Union. Use of the boxes shall not interfere with the operations of the District.

Such boxes shall be the property of the Union and neither the ballot boxes nor their contents shall be subject to the Sheriff's review. The Union agrees to guard the ballot boxes and is solely responsible for their security. Further, the Union agrees to hold the Sheriff harmless for any claims by a third party against it of actual or alleged tampering, misuse, theft or any other inappropriate unlawful action pertaining to the ballot boxes.

Such box shall be the property of the Union and neither the ballot box nor its contents shall be subject to the University’s review.

Section 42.1 Use of Ballot Boxes The Union shall be permitted, with the prior notification to the Sheriff, to place ballot boxes at the Sheriff’s Office for the purpose of collecting member’s ballots on all Union issues subjected to ballots. Such boxes shall be the property of the Union and neither the ballot boxes nor the ballots shall be subjected to the Sheriff’s review and shall be removed as soon as practical after the Union issue has been determined. The Employer shall not be responsible for any matter pertaining in any way to ballot boxes or the security of ballot boxes.

The O.L.C. shall be permitted, with prior notification to the Chief of Police, to place ballot boxes at each of the four (4) union-member work sites for the purpose of collecting members' ballots on all O.L.C. issues subjected to ballot, except ballots regarding job action. Such boxes shall be the property of the O.L.C. and neither the ballot boxes nor the ballots shall be subjected to the City's review.
Ballot Boxes. Upon advance request by the Union, the Employer will provide space for the placement of ballot boxes being used in conjunction with chapter elections governed by local bylaws. The union acknowledges that no responsibility for the safety or security of the ballot boxes is assumed by the Employer.
Ballot Boxes. The FOP shall be permitted to place ballot boxes at the facilities for the purpose of collecting members’ ballots on approval or disapproval of Union issues and the election of officers and delegates of the Union.
