Common use of Ballot Boxes Clause in Contracts

Ballot Boxes. The Lodge shall be permitted, upon prior notification to the Chief, to place ballot boxes at Departmental Headquarters for the purpose of collecting members' ballots on all Lodge issues subject to ballot. These boxes shall be the property of the Lodge and neither the ballot boxes nor their contents shall be subject to the Department's review.
