Advisor Portal definition

Advisor Portal means the on-line interface operated by Intermedia through which Intermedia may make available to Advisor accounting information, marketing materials, End User tracking, or other information or materials that relate to the subject matter of this Agreement and through which Advisor may make available to Intermedia certain information related to Advisor’s Account, such as contact or payment information.

"Authorized Representative" means any of Advisor's employees, representatives, consultants or independent contractors whom Advisor authorizes to assist it in carrying out its duties or exercise its rights under this Agreement. "End User" means an Entity that purchases or subscribes to Intermedia Products. "Entity" means a company, corporation, partnership, association, trust, unincorporated organization, government or political subdivision or any other legal entity. "Intermedia" means Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, Inc. "Intermedia Products" has the meaning assigned to such term on Exhibit A attached hereto. “Material Gross Breach” means (a) an unlawful or willful effort taken by Advisor that defrauds Intermedia or the End User or (b) any mishandling, misuse or negligent care of PII. This type of breach will be cause for immediate termination by Intermedia and the other remedies set forth herein. “Personally Identifiable Information” or “PII” means information that could be used on its own to directly Advisor Agreement v. 5.8 (eff. Advisor Portal. A website used by counselors, faculty and other designated persons working with individual students. Its purpose is to: 1) identify at-risk students, and 2) determine why a particular individual is likely to discontinue his or her education. These functions are accomplished via information in the CPQ database. Institutional Commitment Report: Summarizes information obtained on the Student Background Information Form and the Student Experiences Form. The main component of this report is a statistical analysis relating institutional commitment to the other nine scales of the CPQ. This analysis is intended to guide the decision making of policy makers and other individuals working with groups of students. Retention Report: Summarizes information obtained on the Student Background Information Form and the Student Experiences Form in relation to the students’ enrollment status in a future semester. Client provides Consultant with relevant, mutually agreed upon information about students such as their enrollment status in the specified semester and preadmission test scores. The report presents a statistical analysis of the factors that predict whether or not students are reenrolled in a future semester after completion of the CPQ. Institutional Effectiveness Report: Summarizes differences in scores on the Student Experiences Form between groups of students based upon either (a) their participation in selective programs designated by the Client, or (b) their classification as freshmen, sophomores, juniors, or seniors. This report is available only to institutions that collect data on at least two but preferably four classification groups or, if evaluating programs, at least two comparison groups.
