Institutional Commitment. This agreement is based on curricula in place for the 2020 academic year. The terms of this agreement may be applied to degrees completed prior to 2020 upon individual review to ensure consistency in the curriculum. This agreement is valid for a period of five years. Both WCTC and UWM agree to provide periodic updates in the instance that requirements for either of the programs change. At the end of the effective period, the terms of the agreement will be reviewed, updated as necessary, and continued if agreed upon by both parties. In the instance either school wishes to end the agreement, 90-day advanced notice is required. Any students who have applied, been admitted, and/or have matriculated while the agreement was active will be allowed to continue under its original terms. WCTC and UWM will make the terms of this agreement public and may develop marketing materials for its promotion. Each institution will provide advising as appropriate to interested students regarding this agreement. The two institutions agree to provide information necessary to aid in the successful transfer of these students and their academic credits. Both institutions reserve the right to review and approve marketing materials created for the promotion of this agreement and will adhere to stated standards for the use of their respective names and logos. Furthermore, each institution assumes responsibility for communicating and marketing this agreement to its student population. Students who completed the AAS Human Service Associate degree under an earlier curriculum will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If appropriate, the former agreement may be applied. Institutional Commitment. System-to-System and Program-to-Program articulated transfer courses/credits are accepted only for the program/degree specified in this agreement. A change of major/degree/program invalidates these courses/credits for transfer unless they are approved within some other Program-to-Program Articulation Agreement for a different major/degree/program. Graduates prior to 1996 will be evaluated on an individual basis. A student may be admitted under a prior articulation agreement in place at the admitting institution if the agreement would academically benefit the student. This is an on-going agreement that will be reviewed in five years or sooner, based on the request of participating partners(s) or curriculum changes. The review will be initiated by the BSN@Home Statewide Program Coordinator in collaboration with WTCS partners. The reviewed articulation agreement will be submitted to the WTCS Vice President of Instruction and the UW System Associate Vice President for Academic Programs and Faculty Advancement. With Butte’s acclaimed leadership in the CCC Technology Center and the current California Virtual Campus and FHDA’s leadership in online course development and delivery, this partnership is uniquely suited to leverage and collaborate with existing statewide initiatives while building a transformative Education Management System (EMS). Since 1997, the Butte8Glenn Community College District (Butte) has committed to providing resources and support for CCC Chancellor’s Office technology projects, starting with the 4CNet infrastructure build8out and support of the early Telecommunications and Technology Infrastructure Program and Telecommunications Model Applications Pilot Projects. As these programs evolved Butte continued its commitment with a formidable portfolio of projects administered on behalf of the Chancellor’s Office, including the CCC Technology Center, CCC Live Caption, California Virtual Campus, The Real Game California, CAHSEE, CCC Assess, ePortfolio California, and eTranscript California. If awarded the OEI grant, Butte, in partnership with FHDA, welcomes the opportunity to demonstrate our District’s ongoing commitment to facilitating the centralized CCC technology projects for the benefit of all colleges. FHDA is a leader in online course delivery within the CCC system. Foothill College was the first CCC to deliver DE courses and is now the most prolific in Delayed Interaction 8 Internet Based DE among CCCs37. This year, 31% of all Foothill College course enrollments are DE, a 13% increase from last year. With 25% of all course sections fully online and 91% via leading edge open source Learning Management Systems, FHDA has the experience and commitment to be a strong OEI partner. Institutional Commitment. The term 'institutional commitment' is intended to include those aspects of existing or proposed infrastructure that will contribute in a substantial way to the development of the field of lunar science and the NLSI. Contributions by both the lead institution and other Team members or institutions can be considered. Examples include: training of undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate students in lunar science and its related fields; academic degree or certification programs in lunar studies; permanent or tenure-track positions; offices, laboratories, and other experimental or computational facilities; communications technology equipment and/or staff time; associated research groups that can be shown to be of direct and substantive benefit to the Institute and the lunar scientific community; and engineering and technology planning and development capabilities that allow substantive contributions to existing or planned NASA space or lunar/planetary exploration missions. In general, the cooperative offer of these and other critical resources to be provided at no cost to the NLSI by the proposer is considered prima facie evidence of institutional commitment.

Institutional Commitment. Algoma University and Confederation College agree to implement a wrap-around support model for this exceptional agreement. The agreement is designed to facilitate the seamless transfer of students, and in particular Indigenous learners. The wrap-around support model involves active participation by both institutions at all stages of the student experience. AU and CC agree to assign a Working Group with representation from both institutions for this pathway agreement to explicitly identify which wrap-around supports will be provided in accordance with the model below. The success of this agreement will be monitored by the Working Group by examining student success and support provision using the wrap-around framework. In addition, the parties agree to the following: AU will: • Collaborate with CC to provide information to students in their first year of study at CC regarding the transfer pathway. • Encourage pathway preparation by providing information to advisors at CC on college courses that will maximize transfer credit for this pathway. • Assign an Anishinaabe Student Success Advisor to work with CC students while they are in the CC diploma program. • Ensure applicants from CC receive priority entry to the university through a joint admissions process. • Waive the requirements for a completed transfer application and the transfer application fee. • Collaborate with CC to connect students and faculty to university resources while in the CC diploma program (faculty, library, learning resources, housing, etc.). • Provide AU pathway scholarships to eligible students. CC will: • Collaborate with AU to provide information to students in their first year of study at CC regarding the transfer pathway. • Encourage pathway preparation by providing opportunity for advisors and faculty at CC to learn about college courses that will maximize transfer credit for this pathway. • Assign an Advisor to serve as the primary liaison for CC students interested in the AU pathway while they are in the CC diploma program. • Collaborate with AU to connect students and faculty to university resources while in the CC diploma program (faculty, library, learning resources, housing, etc.) Both parties agree to work collaboratively to build a strong inter-institutional working relationship to facilitate seamless transfer using a wrap-around support model that puts the student at the centre. Institutional Commitment. Each year, any party to this Agreement may initiate a review and/or renegotiation process. If no request for review and/or renegotiation is made, the Agreement continues as described in this document. An institution which intends to withdraw from the Agreement will inform the participating institutions by March 1 of its intention not to accept students under this Agreement in the second academic year after official notification.
