Information Form definition
Information Form means the information form described in section 5676.
Information Form means the contract information form agreed by Fluent and each Customer, which incorporates the terms of this Agreement (in the format as detailed in Schedule 1 of this Agreement, which may be changed by Fluent from time to time).
