  • Business Travel Policy means our business travel policy. A copy of our current Business Travel Policy is attached as Schedule 1 to Exhibit B.

  • Investment Facilitators/Advisors means an individual, firm, corporate or other entity appointed by the Management Company to identify, solicit and assist investors in investing in the Scheme. The term 'educator' does not include substitute teachers.
