Ad Services definition

Ad Services means all Campaigns specified in an Insertion Order that Advertiser is purchasing from ResearchGatepursuant to these Terms.

Ad Services means the provision by Xbeam, solely in conjunction with ADSmart's provision of Interim System Services as set forth in Section 5.1 or Xbeam's use of the Localized System pursuant to Section 3, to Customers who are advertisers and ad agencies, of the following advertisement sales and management services, which are similar to the services provided by ADSmart to its network of Web sites: Web media placement services, campaign-based ad serving and management services, sales representation (including site promotion to advertisers and agencies, audience promotion to advertisers and agencies, proposal generation, client support, campaign and revenue reporting, overall marketing and branding of the network of Xbeam affiliated Web sites) and management services (including order entry and provision of sales automation for a site's sales force, creative management and approval, ad serving and targeting, client support, campaign reporting and billing and collections).

  • ResearchGate makes no representation or warranty (i) that the Ad Services will be uninterrupted or error-free; (ii) with respect to the quality or responsiveness of any Ads or Ad Services; (iii) about the accuracy of any candidate information obtained as a result of the Ad Services; or (iv) concerning information on which Targeting is based.

  • ResearchGate will deliver and track delivery of the Ad Services through its own server, or a third-party ad server, such as Google DoubleClick For Publishers.

  • This shall have no effect on the Ad Agreement, provided no such changes materially affect provision of the Ad Services.


More Definitions of Ad Services

Ad Services means the Ad Analytics Service, VideoRails Service, Video Ad Optimization Service, Ad Serving Services, and any other services provided by Clickspree under this Agreement including any Pay Ad Services and any dashboards.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Food services means the preparation and serving of nutritionally balanced meals and snacks.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;
