Ad Serving. Campaigns to be distributed via the Digital Platforms will be served in accordance with one of the following options:

Ad Serving. Customer plan Ad serving at Service user interface in the form of insertion orders (“IOs”) and authorize HUAWEI to serve Ads according to IOs. You grant HUAWEI and its Affiliates a free, permanent, and irrevocable right to duplicate, distribute, integrate, promote, display, sell, or otherwise use Ads and Products for the purpose of this Agreement. You grant HUAWEI and its Affiliates to use your logo, business name, and trademarks for the purpose of cooperation under this Agreement. If you believe that HUAWEI has misused any of the aforementioned items, you have the right to raise an objection, and HUAWEI shall take corrective actions after you and HUAWEI reach an agreement through negotiation.
Ad Serving. Apple shall (i) solicit and sell advertising campaigns (from advertisers and advertising agencies (collectively, the "Advertisers") to be placed on the Mobile Properties, (ii) serve advertisements on the Mobile Properties, but only to the extent requested by Developer and accepted by Apple; and (iii) provide Developer with online reporting that details the campaign’s key metrics (collectively, the "Services”). Between the parties, Apple shall have sole control over Advertisers and advertising campaigns served to Mobile Properties.

Ad Serving. Publisher understands and agrees that from time to time the Ad Network ad serving may be inaccessible, unavailable or inoperable for any reason, including, without limitation: (i) equipment malfunctions; (ii) periodic maintenance procedures or repairs which Ad Network may undertake from time to time; or (iii) other causes beyond the control of Ad Network, including, without limitation, interruption or failure of telecommunication or digital transmission links, hostile network attacks, the unavailability, operation, or inaccessibility of websites or interfaces, network congestion or other failures. While Ad Network will attempt to provide ad serving on a continuous basis, Publisher acknowledges and agrees that Ad Network has no control over the availability of ad serving on a continuous or uninterrupted basis. Publisher also understands and agrees that Ad Network is not responsible for the functionality of any third-party website or interface. Failure to deliver because of technical difficulties does not represent a failure to meet the delivery obligations of this Agreement.
Ad Serving. CDFG will not display any ad banners, sponsor links or other promotional displays ("Advertising") on the CDFG web site that links to Cavion Web Sites without the written permission of Cavion. In the event that CDFG does want to display Advertising on the CDFG site, CDFG will use Cavion's Ad Server at a price to be determined.
Ad Serving theglobe or its designee shall be solely responsible for serving all advertisements and promotions in connection with the Co-Branded Pages. theglobe shall provide Boxlot with ad serving code, which Boxlot shall implement at its own expense on all Co-Branded Pages. theglobe hereby grants to Boxlot a nonexclusive license to use such code solely to permit theglobe or its designee to serve ads in connection with the Co-Branded Pages. Boxlot shall notify theglobe at least 15 days prior to making any changes that would affect serving ads on the Co-Branded Pages.

Ad Serving. 3.1 Customer shall plan Ads serving at the user interface of the Services in the form of insertion orders ("IOs") and authorize Huawei to serve Ads according to IOs.
Ad Serving. In the event that N2P and AOL agree to deliver Advertisements on the Co-Branded Site, N2P will work with AOL to add enabler pages for the serving of any such Advertisements by AOL. CUSTOMER SERVICE INBOUND PHONE CALLS: N2P will support all end user issues/problems for the Phone-to-Phone, PC-to-Phone (as applicable), PC-to-Fax, Fax-to-PC, and Phone-to-PC Services via telephone, after reasonable e-mail and web-based support efforts have failed. For such telephone calls, [****] of such calls will be answered within [****] during standard business hours (9am - 5pm EST), and abandoned calls will be less than 8%. Phone messages that are taken will be answered within [****], except in the case of any holidays (which such holidays will not exceed [****] during [****] period), during which N2P will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to such phone messages within [****]. CUSTOMER SERVICE INBOUND E-MAILS: N2P will acknowledge [****] of e-mails within [****], and respond to [****] of e-mails within [****]. Answers will be accurate 90% of the time. 95% of problems will be resolved within [****], except in the case of any holidays (which such holidays will not exceed [****] during any [****], during which N2P will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to such phone messages within [****].
Ad Serving. All advertisements sold by ADSMART shall be served by ADSMART at no additional cost to PPI. PPI shall grant exclusive control to ADSMART of the inventory allocated to ADSMART by PPI pursuant to Section 2(a) below, and ADSMART shall have reasonable discretion over the content and nature of the advertising that can be sold in order to re-coup serving costs. ADSMART shall not run any advertising Campaign on the Website, which PPI reasonably determines to be offensive to PPI or its customers or inconsistent with PPI's published editorial policy.
