agreed services means scheduled international air services on the route(s) specified in the Annex to this Agreement for the transport of passengers, baggage, cargo and mail;
agreed services and "Specified routes" mean international air transport pursuant to Article 2 (Grant of Rights) of, and Annex I to, this Agreement;
agreed services means services for the uplift and discharge of traffic as defined in Article 3, subparagraph 1 (c);
More Definitions of agreed services
agreed services means scheduled air services performed for the carriage of passengers, cargo and/or mail, separately or in combination, for remuneration or hire on the specified routes;
agreed services means scheduled International Air Services between the respective territories of the Portuguese Republic and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on the specified routes for the transport of passengers, baggage and cargo, separately or in any combination;
agreed services means services described in, and to be performed in accordance with Schedule 1.
agreed services means the Training Services and any other services to be provided by the Training Provider pursuant to clause 2, including unless the context otherwise requires services which are incidental or ancillary to the Training Services and ‘the Agreed Services’ shall mean all Agreed Services agreed pursuant to every Request for Services under this agreement as varied by any applicable Change Note or Mandatory Change Notice;
agreed services means all services to be rendered by ActaMed under this Services Agreement, including without limitation Lab EDI Services.
agreed services means the Training Services and any other services to be provided by the Training Provider pursuant to clause 5, including unless the context otherwise requires services which are incidental or ancillary to the Training Services and ‘the Agreed Services’ shall mean all Agreed Services agreed pursuant to every Request for Services under this agreement as varied by any applicable Change Note or Mandatory Change Notice; Apprentice means an individual employed by the Employer or by a connected company or charity as permitted by the ESFA rules under an Apprenticeship Agreement who is an Apprentice under the ESFA Rules and in relation to whom the Training Provider is to provide any of the Agreed Services; Apprentice Assessment Organisation means an approved qualification-awarding organisation for the applicable Apprenticeship; Apprenticeship means the training and employment of an Apprentice in accordance with the ESFA Rules;
agreed services means such terms and conditions applicable on a Scheduled Railway Operation where Access is granted to the Operator by Transnet Freight Rail in terms of this Agreement wherein the details of the Agreed Services to be provided are set out, including costs and Tariffs, deliverables, method of payment, reporting, period of agreement and nominated persons from both Parties responsible for management of the Agreed Services as more fully set out in Appendix 9 be initialled by the Parties for identification purposes and annexed to this Agreement from time to time;
