Achievable means that the desired result(s) is (are) actually attainable. Achievable management objectives are intended to provide the "blueprint" for future implementation.
Achievable on the other hand means that the capacity to achieve the target is completely, or at least very predominantly, within the control of the Company. Achievable means that it is within the Company’s means and control to decide whether or not the target is achieved. Performance Measures may vary from Performance Period to Performance Period and from Participant to Participant, and may be established on a stand-alone basis, in tandem or in the alternative.
