Apple Products means hardware and software products manufactured, distributed or licensed under the Apple brand name that Purchaser has paid to acquire or has properly license from Apple for its own use, but excluding third party software and all other third party products B. “Limited Warranty” means and is limited to Apple’s standard limited warranty that is set forth in the documentation that accompanies an Apple Product purchased under this Agreement. C. "Products” means Services and hardware and software products, including Apple Products that may be sold by Apple to Buyer for Buyer's own use. C. • Apple Products purchased in connection with the Apple Employee Portal are solely for Company’s end use.

• Notice of termination does not relieve Retailer of payment obligation for Apple Products which have been downloaded but for which payment has not been made at time of termination of this Agreement.

• Retailer agrees to give iQmetrix a minimum of 30 days’ notice of its intention to discontinue selling any Apple Products being supplied by iQmetrix.
