YOUR ELIGIBILITY. In order to receive the Webloyalty Membership Service and to qualify for any benefits associated with the Webloyalty Membership Service, Member must be 18 years or older, a resident of the United Kingdom with a UK registered credit or debit card and a UK bank account/IBAN. WL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any person from becoming a Member. Members may join the Webloyalty Programme through a single partner and may not accumulate benefits and/or cash back premiums through different partners. Members are expected to use the Webloyalty Programme in an honest and ethical way and in accordance with these Terms of Service. Any individual may only hold one Membership in a Webloyalty Programme at a time. Member agrees that the Webloyalty Membership Service may only be used for his/her own personal benefit. Membership of the Webloyalty Programme is not transferable. If a Member has more than one WL membership and/ or a Member fails to comply with any provision of this Agreement, WL reserves the right to terminate all memberships and in such case any accrued benefits and/or cashback earned but not paid at the date of termination will be forfeited. The bank account details /IBAN you provide to receive your benefit must only be used by you. If your bank account number/IBAN is being used by another Member, the Membership which was created later will be terminated and any accrued benefits not paid at the time of termination will be forfeited. If WL suspect these accounts have been created for misuse or fraudulent activity, WL reserves the right to terminate all accounts using the same bank account number/IBAN and any accrued benefits not paid at the time of termination will be forfeited. Members must be human; no machines, scripts or automated services may be used to accumulate financial benefits derived from Membership and use of the Webloyalty Programme.

(c) Memberships are limited to one per household. This means we only permit one member in a house to join. Multiple memberships in the same household are not permitted. The reason for this is to prevent any misuse or fraudulent activity concerning the membership. Any individual may only hold one Membership in a Webloyalty Programme at a time. You agree the Webloyalty Membership Service may only be used for your own personal benefit. Though, we do understand on occasion you may purchase gifts for your loved ones. Where on the occasion you make purchases for loved ones the proof of purchase must match you membership holder’s name and the purchase must be made by you and not your loved one.
(d) Membership is non-transferable. If you have, or have had, more than one WL membership and/or fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement, we reserve the right to terminate all memberships and, in such cases, any accrued benefits and/or cashback (earned but not paid at the date of termination) will be forfeited.
(e) Members must be human; no AI, machines, scripts or automated services may be used to accumulate financial benefits derived from Membership and use of the Webloyalty Programme.

YOUR ELIGIBILITY. PrivacyGuard® Membership is only available to UK residents at least the age of 18 years. In the event that PrivacyGuard® are informed that you are not at least 18 or are not or are no longer a resident in these territories, then Your Membership will be terminated immediately. You are under an obligation to inform PrivacyGuard® if you are moving and will no longer be a UK resident.

Any access to or use of Abacus by anyone under 18 is unauthorized, unlicensed, and in violation of these Terms of Use. By accessing or using Abacus, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. You will keep your user name and password a secret. You will not share your account with anyone else. In order to access certain features of Abacus, you must register to create an account ("User Account"). When you register, you will be provided a password, which you will be required to use to access your User Account. Abacus has physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with Malaysian standards to protect Users' and Clients' non-public personal information as highlighted in our privacy policy. You are liable for safeguarding your password and other Account details. You agree not to share your password to any third party and you will notify Abacus immediately if your password is lost, stolen or if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account. As a User you agree that you shall be solely responsible for any actions under your User Account, whether or not you have authorized such actions. You agree that the information you provide to us on account registration through our website or mobile applications will be true, accurate, current, and complete. By creating a User Account, you automatically give us permission to send you for various types of alerts via e-mail and mobile notification. We never include your password in these communications, but we may include your name, or email address and information about your portfolio(s) if you are a Client. Anyone with access to your e-mail or mobile device will be able to view these alerts. You may unsubscribe from marketing oriented emails at any time. Abacus cannot be held responsible for any financial insights or recommendations provided to Users.
YOUR ELIGIBILITY. We will determine from time to time in our discretion if you are eligible for the Mobile Deposit Service. We may impose limits on the amount or number of deposits you make through the Mobile Deposit Service, and we may change those limits. In our sole discretion, we may refuse to permit you to make deposits to one or more Accounts through the Mobile Deposit Service. We may suspend or terminate your use of the Mobile Deposit Service at any time and without prior notice to you. You may not use the Mobile Deposit Service at a location outside the United States. We reserve the right to review your use of the Mobile Deposit Service and your security practices and may require you to implement reasonable and necessary controls in order to continue to use the Mobile Deposit Service.
