Usage. Use of Basement(s) and service areas:- The basement and service areas, if any, as located within the (Project name), shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment’s etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee(s) shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for used by the Association of allottees for rendering maintenance services.
Usage. No guarantee is given by the County to the Contractor regarding usage of this Contract. Usage figures, if provided, are approximations. The Contractor agrees to supply services and/or commodities requested, as needed by the County of Orange, at rates/prices listed in the Contract, regardless of quantity requested.
Usage. 6.29.1 No guarantee is given by the COUNTY to A-E regarding usage of this CONTRACT. The A-E agrees to supply services requested, as needed by the County of Orange, at prices listed in the CONTRACT, regardless of quantity requested.

Usage. (i) References to a Person are also references to its assigns and successors in interest (by means of merger, consolidation or sale of all or substantially all the assets of such Person or otherwise, as the case may be).
