Registration Policy definition

Registration Policy means the FSC Registration Policy. “Regulations” means these Competition Rules and Procedures. “Round” means a series of fixtures scheduled by FSC.
Registration Policy means the procedures and rules defined and implemented by the Registration Authority in order to identify and authenticate Signers, to verify and store supporting documents for Signers’ registration, and to register requests to issue, renew, and revoke Signer Certificates.
Registration Policy means the policy which clarifies the Rules of Registration in relation to first entering on to the Register, ongoing requirements, sanctions and communications.

  • The Broker-Dealer or Affiliate will only be entitled to compensation for Contracts or Policies that have been submitted by the Broker-Dealer, accepted by the Company, delivered to the Contract or Policy owner and where all the requirements of the Company’s Licensing, Appointment and Registration Policy have been satisfied (hereinafter “Contracts/Policies Placed by Broker-Dealer”).
