Xxxx-up a. Consultant Xxxx-up on sub-consultant work: Not-to-Exceed 5%
Xxxx-up. (a) Project Co is not entitled to any xxxx-up for profit, overhead or otherwise, due to an increase in any Taxes included in the Cost of the Work. Project Co shall be entitled to claim for the increase in cost equal to the amount of such included Tax on the uncompleted Cost of the Work. Owner will be entitled to withhold payment to Project Co of a sum equal to the amount of any reduction in such included Tax on the uncompleted portion of the Work, only if the Owner has not already benefited from said reduction in such included Tax by a decrease in the Guaranteed Price in accordance with Section 30.2.
Xxxx-up. The School District will pay the Architect a multiple of one point one (1.1) times the expenses paid by the Architect, the Architect's employees and Consultants for Reimbursable Expenses in the interest of the Project. Xxxx-up. On all costs incurred by the Company for work performed directly by the Company or any of its Affiliates which are subject to Cost Substantiation, the Company shall be entitled to a xxxx-up of ten percent (10%) and will not be entitled to any other additional compensation. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 17.1(D), on all costs incurred by the Company for work performed by Subcontractors, the Company shall be entitled to a xxxx-up of ten percent (10%) for risk, profit, administration, and all other overhead. The price payable to all Subcontractors, including Subcontractor overhead and xxxx-ups for risk and profit, shall be commercially reasonable. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, in no event shall the Company be entitled to any xxxx-up for work performed by Subcontractors in connection with an Uncontrollable Circumstance. The only xxxx-up the Company shall be entitled to with respect to work performed in connection with an Uncontrollable Circumstance is the Company’s ten percent (10%) xxxx-up applied solely to the direct labor costs of the Company associated with the Uncontrollable Circumstance.

Xxxx-up. Temporary Worker’s hourly pay (inclusive of pension contribution, holiday pay and National Insurance) is (Pay Rate x (1 + pension% + holiday pay% + National Insurance%)), where pension is 1%, holiday pay% is 14.54% and National Insurance% is 13.80% (Pay rate x (1 + 0.01 + 0.1454 + 0.138)) x 1 + 0.15 = total charge to Macquarie exclusive of VAT per hour worked by the Temporary Worker.

Xxxx-up. When KnowMore pays a Specialist, the specialist will be paid based on the pre- determined price. The predetermined price is set based on the estimated number of hours. In a situation where the Specialist uses more hours than estimated, the Specialist will not be paid more than the pre-determined price. Should a Specialist deliver a project in less hours than estimated the specialist is still paid the pre- determined price. Should the number of hours have been incorrectly scoped, the Specialist is welcome to suggest a change, but the change is at the full discursion of the KnowMore Project Manager.
