For Reimbursable Expenses compensation shall be a multiple of (1.1) times the amounts expended.
For Reimbursable Expenses. A. When not included in compensation for Basic Services under paragraph C4.01, Owner shall pay Engineer for Reimbursable Expenses at the rates set forth in Appendix 1 to this Exhibit C.
For Reimbursable Expenses. In addition to payments provided for in paragraphs 4.01.A and 4.01.B, OWNER shall pay ENGINEER for Reimbursable Expenses incurred by ENGINEER and ENGINEER’s Consultants as set forth in Exhibit C. However, all expenses associated with meals and lodging must be approved in writing by OWNER prior to ENGINEER incurring any expense associated therewith; otherwise, the parties hereto agree and understand that OWNER shall not be liable and ENGINEER shall not make a claim against OWNER for any such expenses.
For Reimbursable Expenses. In addition to payments provided for in paragraphs 5.1.1. OWNER shall also pay TRANSYSTEMS for all Reimbursable Expenses incurred in connection with all Services provided pursuant to a particular Request for Service. For purposes hereof, “Reimbursable Expenses” are those costs and expenses incurred by TRANSYSTEMS in connection with the performance of the Services under this Agreement or a particular Request for Service, including, but not limited to, the costs and expenses incurred by TRANSYSTEMS for travel, reproduction, mailing costs, computer time, supplies and materials, taxes, transportation, telephone and communications, independent professional associates and consultants and subconsultants and any other expense items which are described on TRANSYSTEMS’ Schedule of Rates and Expenses in effect at the time the Services are provided and the Reimbursable Expenses are incurred.
For Reimbursable Expenses. District shall pay Construction Manager the actual cost of all Reimbursable Expenses Related to Additional Services times 1.1 for general and administrative expenses.
For Reimbursable Expenses. A. (Modified) When not included in compensation for Basic Services under paragraph C4.01, OWNER shall pay ENGINEER for Reimbursable Expenses as the rate set forth in Appendix 1 of this Exhibit C. Before the OWNER shall be liable for any reimbursable expenses, the ENGINEER must obtain prior written approval of the OWNER of any expense that exceeds $1,000 for which the ENGINEER seeks reimbursement. Reimbursable Expenses shall not exceed $6,050 for the expenses incurred by ENGINEER and ENGINEER’s consultant(s): B. (Modified) Reimbursable Expenses include the following categories: mileage, parking, tolls, long distance, reproduction of Drawings, Specifications, Bidding Documents, and similar Project-related items in addition to those required under Exhibit A, and, if authorized in advance by OWNER.
For Reimbursable Expenses. Owner shall pay Owner’s Advisor for the following categories of Reimbursable Expenses at actual cost thereof. transportation and subsistence thereto; providing and maintaining field office facilities, including furnishings and utilities; postage, courier or delivery services; printing of drawings and other documents beyond those copies necessary for Owner's review and records and the Owner’s Advisor's own use; Selection Panel expenses, if any; exhibition expenses, if any; and the cost of advertisements authorized by' Owner.
For Reimbursable Expenses. Owner shall pay Architect a multiple of one point zero (1.0) times such actual and reasonable expenses. It is specifically understood that detailed back-up for these expenses will not be provided, but the Architect's records will be available as stipulated in Article 9.5.
For Reimbursable Expenses. In addition to payments provided for in paragraphs 5.1.1 and 5.1.2, OWNER shall pay ENGINEER the actual costs of all Reimbursable Expenses incurred in connection with all Basic and Additional Services.
For Reimbursable Expenses. Owner shall pay Consultant the actual costs (except where specifically provided otherwise) of all Reimbursable Expenses incurred in connection with all Basic and Additional Services.
