Working Group Participation. Participant agrees to participate in, to fulfill the obligations of, if any, and to receive the benefits of participating in this Working Group commensurate with the level of Working Group participation selected by Participant in Exhibit A, and as specified in the Working Group Charter. Nothing in this Participation Agreement is intended to preclude any Affiliate of any Member (as those terms are defined in the Eclipse Foundation Bylaws) from independently entering into this Participation Agreement on its own behalf in accordance with the procedure set forth in the Eclipse Foundation Bylaws, and exercising all of the rights herein.
Working Group Participation. City shall participate in every Working Group. In doing so, the City will have the responsibility of monitoring day-to-day activities and maintaining awareness of roadblocks, conflicts, and performance issues. For the City, responsibility will be borne by the Office of the City Manager and the Community and Economic Development Department.
Working Group Participation. Each Project Partner shall participate in one or more Working Group, based on the respective "project type" that it intends to implement, as outlined in Appendix B to the CRC Guidelines and as appropriate with regard to the size of its Project. Participation in a Working Group requires attendance at regular meetings, coordination with organizations doing like- projects in the Working Group, joint problem-solving and resource-sharing, coordination of community engagement and outreach activities, joint development and input on data tools and metrics, the timely submission of data for reports to the Advisory Council, and preparation of materials for public dissemination. Project Partners may agree to lead a Working Group, taking on the relative duties required of that position.
Working Group Participation. Committer Members pay no Participation Fees for participating in the MicroProfile Working Group.
Working Group Participation. OIX organizes and supports programs, initiatives, development workshops, ongoing development efforts, information services and group activities of various types (collectively “Working Groups”) each of which may result in one or more types of output, report, program, or other deliverable (the "OIX Deliverables"). Working Groups may be open to both OIX Members and Contributors. All Working Group participants are subject to these rules and to the charter, operating rules and other requirements applicable to that Working Group as established by OIX from time to time.
Working Group Participation.
