WAGE RATES AND BENEFITS. E.1.1 The hourly wage rates and fringe contributions stipulated in Appendix E.1 of this Agreement, shall apply to work performed by employees on all work covered by the terms of this Agreement in the following counties: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Imperial, Ventura, Santa Xxxxxxx, San Xxxx Obispo, San Diego, Xxxx, Mono and Inyo Counties, including all Offshore Islands and Platforms. Increases of Wages and Benefits shall be per the attached Wage Rate sheets. All increases not specifically stipulated shall be allocated at the sole discretion of District Council No. 16 by vote of its affiliate Locals.
WAGE RATES AND BENEFITS. 19.01(a) Retroactive to November 4, 2004, all wage rates currently listed in Exhibit A of the current Agreement will be increased forty-five cents ($0.45) per hour; Effective February 1, 2006, all wage rates currently listed in Exhibit A of the current Agreement will be increased forty-five cents ($0.45) cents per hour; Effective February 1, 2007, all wage rates currently listed in Exhibit A of the current Agreement will be increased fifty cents ($0.50) cents per hour.
WAGE RATES AND BENEFITS. (a) Effective November all employees shall receive a general wage increase of cents ($0.25) per hour. In the event the Company chooses to implement a three two ten hour daily shift, six day work schedule, all employees who work the shift shall be paid a shift premium of sixty cents ($0.60) per hour for all hours worked. The Company agrees to provide a training allowance of thirty (30) cents per hour to be paid to all employees, except Group Leaders, and employees of the and Maintenance Departments, for authorized training. Employees shall be paid one and one-half times their regular hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of forty in any work week, There shall be no pyramiding of overtime or call-in premium pay. When the Company schedules weekend overtime, it shall notify the employee hour in advance of the start of his weekend overtime or such weekend overtime work shall be voluntary. When the Company schedules daily overtime it shall endeavor to notify employees scheduled for such overtime prior to the end of their shift on the day prior to the scheduled overtime day.
WAGE RATES AND BENEFITS. A. Wage rates and fringe benefit contributions to be paid for employees on projects covered by this Agreement are set forth in Schedule A, which is made a part of this Agreement.

  • Pay and Benefits A. The Agency shall continue to pay salary and benefits which includes pension contribution, insurance and paid leave time consistent with what they earned before their appointment.
