Volunteer Benefits. A volunteer responding to South Brunswick Township duty will be provided with death benefits identical to the death benefits for active duty, i.e., health benefits, life insurance and any other benefits provided under the control of the Township.

You get to hear and see the work by the distinguished guest artists who travel here to help lead the students to success in their chosen field. Working behind the scenes, volunteers have the opportunity to witness the skill and dedication that are the hallmark of these excellent professional musicians. Training Volunteers will receive training on the tasks PRISMA asks you to do, unless you have advised us that you have previous experience in the area. T-shirts Volunteers receive a complimentary special PRISMA T-shirt made for guest artists, students and volunteers that is yours to keep. Volunteers on concerts shifts or working with the public should wear your T-shirts while on shift. PRISMA tickets Volunteers working at the Opening or Guest Artist Chamber Music Concert shift will be given free admission to that concert. Volunteers working the first Saturday Pacific Philharmonic Concert shifts (matinee or evening) will be given free admission to that concert, if space permits. If the concert sells out and there is no space for volunteers, you will be offered free admission to the second Guest Artist Chamber Music Concert. We will try to only schedule volunteers for the final Pacific Philharmonic Concert who have received entry to a previous concert, as we may not have space for volunteers at this very popular concert. Volunteers not on a concert shift or who do work pre-festival will enjoy the following recognition: • For 1-4 hours of work, free admission to the Opening Concert; • For 5-8 hours of work, free admission to the Opening and Guest Artist Chamber Music Concerts; • For over 8 hours of work, free admission to the Opening and Guest Artist Chamber Music Concerts plus invitation to the wrap up party and presentation of gift Mileage Reimbursement

  • Other Benefits During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in or receive benefits under the Company’s employee benefit plans in effect from time to time, subject to the terms of such plans.

  • Medical Benefits The Company shall reimburse the Employee for the cost of the Employee's group health, vision and dental plan coverage in effect until the end of the Termination Period. The Employee may use this payment, as well as any other payment made under this Section 6, for such continuation coverage or for any other purpose. To the extent the Employee pays the cost of such coverage, and the cost of such coverage is not deductible as a medical expense by the Employee, the Company shall "gross-up" the amount of such reimbursement for all taxes payable by the Employee on the amount of such reimbursement and the amount of such gross-up.

  • Superior Benefits Employees receiving benefits and/or wages specified in this Agreement, superior to those provided in this Agreement, shall remain at the superior benefit level which was in effect on the effective date of this Agreement, until such time as such superior benefits are surpassed by the benefits and/or wages provided in succeeding agreements. This provision applies only to employees on staff as of the effective date of this Agreement.

  • Public Benefits This Agreement provides assurances that the Public Benefits identified below will be achieved and developed in accordance with the Applicable Rules and Project Approvals and with the terms of this Agreement and subject to the City’s Reserved Powers. The Project will provide Public Benefits to the City, including without limitation:

  • Training Benefits In the event that the Employer should introduce new methods or machines which require new or greater skills than are possessed by employees under the present method of operation, such employees shall, at the expense of the Employer, be given a reasonable period of time, in the opinion of the Employer, during which they may perfect or acquire the skills necessitated by the new method of operation. There shall be no change in wage or salary rates during the training period of any such employee.

  • Workplace Safety Insurance Benefits (WSIB) Top Up Benefits If the employee is in a class of employees that, on August 31, 2012, was entitled to use unused sick leave credits for the purpose of topping up benefits received under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997;

  • Sick Benefits 15.01 Eligible employees will receive Short Term Disability Benefits in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the STD Plan Text, a copy of which has been supplied to the Union. The STD plan forms part of this Collective Agreement.

  • Accrued Benefits The term "Accrued Benefits" shall include the following amounts, payable as described herein: (i) all base salary for the time period ending with the Termination Date; (ii) reimbursement for any and all monies advanced in connection with the Executive's employment for reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by the Executive on behalf of the Company and its Affiliates for the time period ending with the Termination Date; (iii) any and all other cash earned through the Termination Date and deferred at the election of the Executive or pursuant to any deferred compensation plan then in effect; (iv) notwithstanding any provision of any bonus or incentive compensation plan applicable to the Executive, a lump sum amount, in cash, equal to the sum of (A) any bonus or incentive compensation that has been allocated or awarded to the Executive for a fiscal year or other measuring period under the plan that ends prior to the Termination Date but has not yet been paid (pursuant to Section 5(f) or otherwise) and (B) a pro rata portion to the Termination Date of the aggregate value of all contingent bonus or incentive compensation awards to the Executive for all uncompleted periods under the plan calculated as to each such award as if the Goals with respect to such bonus or incentive compensation award had been attained; and (v) all other payments and benefits to which the Executive (or in the event of the Executive's death, the Executive's surviving spouse or other beneficiary) may be entitled as compensatory fringe benefits or under the terms of any benefit plan of the Employer, including severance payments under the Employer's severance policies and practices in the form most favorable to the Executive that were in effect at any time during the 180-day period prior to the Effective Date. Payment of Accrued Benefits shall be made promptly in accordance with the Employer's prevailing practice with respect to clauses (i) and (ii) or, with respect to clauses (iii), (iv) and (v), pursuant to the terms of the benefit plan or practice establishing such benefits.
