Statements to the Press. Any press release or other public statement concerning this Settlement Agreement will describe it positively and will not disparage any other Party. No Party or attorney, agent, or representative of any Party shall state or suggest that this Settlement Agreement may be used to predict the value of any Claim or any future settlement agreement in any action or proceeding.

Statements to the Press. Any press release made by the Parties or other public statement made by the Parties concerning this Agreement will describe it positively. and will not disparage any other Party. However, the State and Private Counsel for the State may discuss allegations in the complaint in such press release. No Party or attorney, agent, or representative of any Party shall publicly state or suggest that this Agreement may be used to predict the value of any Claim or any future settlement agreement in any action or proceeding.
Statements to the Press. Neither the Parties nor their counsel shall issue (or cause any other Person to issue) any press release concerning this Agreement or the Settlement set forth herein, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Neither the Parties nor their counsel shall make (or cause any other Person to make) any statements of any kind to the press concerning this Agreement or the Settlement set forth herein, except that a Party or a Party’s counsel may respond to an inquiry from a member of the press by directing the member of the press to a public resource to review or obtain a copy of this Agreement or the Class Notice. Class Counsel shall have the right to provide a link on its firm website to any settlement website established and maintained by the Settlement Administrator.
Statements to the Press. No Party shall issue (or cause any other Person to issue) any press release concerning this Agreement or the Settlement set forth herein, unless that Party receives the prior written consent of the opposing Party to the language of such press release, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. For the further avoidance of doubt, the Parties hereby direct their counsel to refrain from issuing any press release that a Party is prohibited from releasing. For the further avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Section shall restrict the ability of the Parties (or their counsel) to describe this Agreement or the Settlement set forth herein on their respective websites or to respond to an inquiry from a member of the press.
Statements to the Press. 1. The Settling Parties will agree upon the form of any public statement to the press or governmental agencies concerning the Settlement and the proceedings leading to its ultimate approval or disapproval by the Court (whether issued by mail, website posting or other means of communication). Other than securities filings and related releases, the Settling Parties shall not without first obtaining the consent of the other side (a) initiate any public announcement, including a press release, or other communications with the press regarding the Settlement; (b) make any public comments that would undermine the joint press release or the Settlement; or (c) make any disparaging public statements about any other Party or counsel for a Party. The consent required under this Paragraph shall not be unreasonably withheld. Nothing in this Paragraph shall prohibit Class Counsel from providing legal advice to individual Class Members.
