Vacation for New Employees Sample Clauses

Vacation for New Employees. Upon hire, employees scheduled to work 246 days or more will be granted three (3) vacation days. Employees scheduled to work 206-245 days will be granted two (2) vacation days. If the employee resigns or is terminated prior to completing six (6) months of service, they must repay the District (at their daily rate) for use of any the vacation days granted to new hires. The amount due will be deducted from the employee’s last paycheck and/or invoiced.

Vacation for New Employees. Any employee hired before June 1st in any year, shall, after six (6) months continuous service, be entitled to one (1) week's vacation with pay in that year. An employee hired on or after June 1st in any year shall not be entitled to any vacation with pay in that year.
