Use of Port’s Assets. The Concessionaire shall not without the prior written consent or approval of the Concessioning Authority use the Project Site and the Port’s Assets for any purpose other than for the purposes of the Project/the Project Facilities and Services and purposes incidental thereto as permitted under this Agreement or as may otherwise be approved by the Concessioning Authority.

Use of Port’s Assets. The Concessionaire shall not without the prior written consent or approval of the Concessioning Authority use the Project Site and the Port’s Assets for any purpose other than for the purposes of the Project/the Project Facilities and Services and purposes incidental thereto as permitted under this Agreement or as may otherwise be approved by the Concessioning Authority. Information about Project Site and Port’s Assets The information about the Project Site and Port’s Assets as set out in Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 respectively is provided by the Concessioning Authority in good faith and with due regard to the matters for which such information is required by the Concessionaire. The Concessioning Authority agrees to provide to the Concessionaire, upon a reasonable request, any further information relating to the Project Site and Port Assets, which the Concessioning Authority may now possess or may hereafter come to possess, as may be relevant to the implementation of the Project. Subject to this, the Concessioning Authority makes no representation and gives no warranty to the Concessionaire in respect of the condition of the Port Assets or the Project Site.

Related to Use of Port’s Assets

  • Use of PTO 10.5.1 PTO may be used as soon as it is earned, up to the amount accrued in the pay period immediately preceding the time off, in accordance with the provisions of this Article. PTO may not be used in advance of its accrual, on regularly scheduled days off, or to claim pay for time lost due to tardiness.

  • Use of Posted Collateral The provisions of Paragraph 6(c)(i) will not apply to Party B, but the provisions of Paragraph 6(c)(ii) will apply to Party B.

  • Use of Facilities and Equipment The Union shall have the right to use school facilities for meetings and school equipment, including, but not limited to, typewriters, computers, printers, duplicating equipment, FAX machines, calculating machines, and all types of audio-visual equipment when such equipment is not otherwise in use.   • Permitted Uses and Disclosures of Phi by Business Associate Except as otherwise indicated in this Agreement, Business Associate may use or disclose PHI only to perform functions, activities or services specified in this Agreement on behalf of DHCS, provided that such use or disclosure would not violate HIPAA if done by DHCS.
