Use of Project. Issuer does hereby covenant and agree that it will not take any action during the term of this Agreement, other than pursuant to Article IX of this Agreement or Article IX of the Indenture, to interfere with Company's ownership of the Project or to prevent Company from having possession, custody, use and enjoyment of the Project.
Use of Project. The Issuer hereby acknowledges that it shall have no rights to the use or possession of the Project. The Issuer hereby further acknowledges that the Project will not constitute any part of the security for the Bonds.
Use of Project. Subject to the provisions of this Project Lease, the Tenant shall have the right to use the Project for any and all purposes allowed by law and contemplated by the constitution of the State and the Act. The Tenant shall comply in all material respects with all statutes, laws, ordinances, orders, judgments, decrees, regulations, directions and requirements of all federal, state, local and other governments or governmental authorities, now or hereafter applicable to the Project or to any adjoining public ways, as to the manner of use or the condition of the Project or of adjoining public ways. The Tenant shall comply with the mandatory requirements, rules and regulations of all insurers under the policies required to be carried under the provisions of this Project Lease. The Tenant shall pay all costs, expenses, claims, fines, penalties and damages that may in any manner arise out of, or be imposed as a result of, the failure of the Tenant to comply with the provisions of this Article.

Use of Project. The use by the Owner of any portion of the Project shall not affect the dates and times when Progress Payments become due to Contractor and shall not prejudice Owner's rights under the Contract.
Use of Project. During the Loan Agreement Term, the Project will at all times be used for the purpose of benefiting the Governmental Unit as a whole.

Use of Project. To Borrower’s knowledge, the Improvements and the Property, and their use as medical/commercial office buildings, comply fully with all applicable laws and restrictive covenants, including, without limitation, all zoning laws.
