Information about Project Site. (a) The site map set out in Appendix is provided by the Authority to the Concessionaire in good faith and with due regard to the matters for which such information is required by the Concessionaire The Authority agrees to provide to the Concessionaire upon a reasonable request, any further information relating to the Project Site, which the Authority may now possess or may hereafter come to possess. Subject to this, the Authority makes no representation and gives no warranty to the Concessionaire in respect of the condition of the Project Site and the Concessionaire shall accept the Project Site handed over to it by the Authority on an “as is where is basis”.

  • Project Information Except for confidential information designated by the City as information not to be shared, Consultant agrees to share Project information with, and to fully cooperate with, those corporations, firms, contractors, public utilities, governmental entities, and persons involved in or associated with the Project. No information, news, or press releases related to the Project, whether made to representatives of newspapers, magazines, or television and radio stations, shall be made without the written authorization of the City’s Project Manager.

  • Project Website The State will develop and maintain a website that will be made available in advance of the first public meeting for this project. The Engineer shall provide project information for the project website to the State including documents related to project background, study area limits, study objectives, project photos, study area maps, material presented at public meetings, and contact information for requesting additional information. The project website will be updated with the documents and other information provided by the Engineer to the State after each set of public meetings and the final report in PDF format provided by the Engineer will be posted by the State to give the general public access to the document.

  • Contractor Information The Contractor will provide up to date information for each of the following in the form and manner specified by OGS:

  • Information about Contractor Employees 23.1. The Authority may by notice require the Contractor to disclose such information as the Authority may require relating to those of the Contractor’s employees carrying out activities under or connected with the Framework Agreement.
