Use of Donated Days. In the event of catastrophic or prolonged, or chronic illness of a bargaining unit member, spouse, domestic partner, child, parent or birth of a child or member of his/her immediate family, a bargaining unit member who has exhausted his/her sick leave may request, through the Association, transfer of unused sick leave days from the sick leave bank to the affected bargaining unit member to be used as sick leave. The request will be reviewed by a committee comprised of the Association President, Association Vice President and the Superintendent with a decision reached by majority vote of that Committee. A letter of notification of the granting or rejecting of the request and, if appropriate, the number of days granted, will be delivered to the applicant. The decision made by the committee is final and cannot be the subject of a grievance. The bargaining unit member does not have to use the ten days of sick leave advanced discussed in Article V, Section (A) sick leave before requesting use of the sick leave. Guidelines for administering this provision will be as follows:

Use of Donated Days. The District will utilize donated sick leave in the order donations are received, exhausting all days donated by one unit member before beginning to utilize days donated by another unit member. Donated but unused sick leave days will be returned to the donor.

  • Use of Data (a) In connection with the provision of the services and the discharge of its other obligations under this Agreement, State Street (which term for purposes of this Section XXIX includes each of its parent company, branches and affiliates (''Affiliates")) may collect and store information regarding a Trust and share such information with its Affiliates, agents and service providers in order and to the extent reasonably necessary (i) to carry out the provision of services contemplated under this Agreement and other agreements between the Trusts and State Street or any of its Affiliates and (ii) to carry out management of its businesses, including, but not limited to, financial and operational management and reporting, risk management, legal and regulatory compliance and client service management.

  • Use of Volunteers The School covenants and represents that all volunteers it allows access to its students or the Facility will comply with state regulations regarding the use of volunteers set out in Section 6.50.18

  • Use of Vacation 23.2.2.1 Academic staff members may use vacation at times approved by the Xxxx which shall not interfere with the operation of the College.   • USE OF WORK PRODUCTS 2.13.1 The City may use all Documents that Contractor prepares or obtains under this Agreement. In addition, Contractor shall provide the Director with supporting schedules, flow charts or other analysis necessary to understand the reported findings and recommendations. Generally, this information is attached as exhibits to the final report; however, if requested by the Director, Contractor shall provide this information from its work paper files.

  • Use of Likeness As part of the consideration for this Housing Agreement, Resident authorizes Owner and its affiliates to make photographs and video recordings of Resident in community and resident amenity areas, and irrevocably grants Owner and its affiliates a royalty-free license to use Resident’s image and likeness for all lawful purposes, including promotional purposes in advertising, video, web, social media and other formats.

  • Use of Site 4.13.1 The Contractor shall confine operations at the site to areas permitted by law, including areas designated for operations or prohibited from operations by any applicable permit and or regulation, ordinances, permits and the Contract Documents and shall not unreasonably encumber the site with any materials or equipment.
