Use of College Equipment and Facilities. Faculty members are authorized to use college equipment and facilities as specified under SJR College Procedures 3.24 and 4.12. The use of College vehicles is available for College-related business only. Only Faculty members on the designated bargaining team may use a College vehicle or request mileage reimbursement when attending official bargaining meetings. Such use of college vehicles or mileage reimbursements must be requested in advance and is subject to budgetary availability. Use of tobacco products or electronic cigarettes is prohibited in College vehicles, in College facilities and on College property.

Use of College Equipment and Facilities. The Association shall have the right to use College facilities and office equipment when such equipment is not in use for College operations. The Association will reimburse the College for consumable supplies used for Association business, at cost. The Association will be permitted to use the College communication systems for appropriate Association business.

The College will not impose conditions on employee use of college equipment and facilities beyond that required by State law. If State law changes, the College and Association will meet to bargain this Section.

  • Office Space, Equipment and Facilities Provide such office space, office equipment and office facilities as are adequate to fulfill the Adviser’s obligations hereunder.

  • Office Equipment The Client must not install any cabling, IT or telecom connections without the Provider’s consent, which the Provider may refuse at its absolute discretion. As a condition to the Provider’s consent, the Client must permit the Provider to oversee any installations (for example IT or electrical systems) and to verify that such installations do not interfere with the use of the accommodation(s) by other Clients or the Provider or any landlord of the building.

  • All new supplies equipment and services shall include manufacturer's minimum standard warranty unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Vendor shall be legally permitted to sell all products offered for sale to TIPS Members. All goods proposed and sold shall be new unless clearly stated in writing. Payment for delivered goods and services can only be made to the awarded Vendor, Vendor designated reseller or vendor assigned company.

  • Access to Work Locations Reasonable access to employee work locations shall be granted officers of the Association and their officially designated representatives for the purpose of processing grievances or contacting members of the Association concerning business within the scope of representation. Such officers or representatives shall not enter any work location without the consent of the City Manager. Access shall be restricted so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the department or with established safety or security requirements. Solicitation of membership and activities concerned with the internal management of the Association, such as collecting dues, holding membership meetings, campaigning for office, conducting elections and distributing literature, shall not be conducted during working hours.

  • PREVAILING WAGE RATES - PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS If any portion of work being Bid is subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the Labor Law, the following shall apply:

  • Use of State Facilities Resources and Equipment a. Meeting Space and Facilities. The Employer’s campuses and facilities may be used by the Union to hold meetings subject to the University’s policy and availability of the space. The Employer may provide private space for stewards and/or Union representatives to meet in confidence with those they represent on a space available basis. Staff representatives may reserve and utilize meeting rooms in accordance with University policy and procedure. Such requests will be subject to availability and all applicable fees.

  • Routine Maintenance, Construction, and Repair The NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner may interrupt interconnection service or curtail the output of the Small Generating Facility and temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility from the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System when necessary for routine maintenance, construction, and repairs on the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System. The NYISO or the Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the Interconnection Customer with five Business Days notice prior to such interruption. The NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner shall use Reasonable Efforts to coordinate such reduction or temporary disconnection with the Interconnection Customer.
